1Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions apply between the bdwen platform (referred to as "we", "us", or "the service") and any person registered on or using this site ("user", "you"). By accessing the bdwen.lat website, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this site.

2Age Restriction

bdwen's services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the service. bdwen may request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.

3Account Creation

To create an account on bdwen, you must:

• Choose a unique and secure password.
• Only one account may be created per person.
• Keep your account information up to date at all times.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

4Account Verification (KYC)

The bdwen platform verifies the identity of every user to ensure a safe and reliable service. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence if required. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification has not been successfully completed.

5Account Closure or Suspension

bdwen reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If false information is provided or evidence of fraud is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Attempted unauthorised access to another user's account.
• If evidence of any kind of fraud or manipulation against the platform is found.

6Welcome Bonus

bdwen offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit amount must be at least ৳300.

7Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

Additional terms:

• Wagering must be completed within a set time period after receiving the bonus.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• bdwen reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time.

8Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the bdwen platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.
• The name on your account and the name on the payment account must match at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

9Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• The withdrawal method used must be consistent with the deposit method.
• Large withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if fraud or manipulation is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

10Fair Play Policy

bdwen is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. 12Game Cancellation & Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, bdwen reserves the right to make a decision regarding the wager for that round. In such cases, the wagered amount is generally refunded. bdwen will not be liable for any losses caused by server or network issues.
